Punching this character (provided they can fight back): Go ahead, but remember Rob Anybody is lightning-fast and strong enough to pick you up by himself, so it is not likely to end well.
Injury?: Sure. Nothing permanent, though.
Death?: Talk to me first. Rob is freakishly hard to kill. Feegles are like cockroaches.

Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: Yes indeed.
First of all, Rob Anybody will, um, rob anybody. The three things the Nac Mac Feegle love most are drinking, fighting, and stealing. Not necessarily in that order, and definitely in various combinations.
Speaking of fighting, Feegles are monstrously strong and lightning-quick. I mean, they steal cows by having one Feegle grab each hoof and RUN. Rob Anybody is not going to, like, rip your arm off if he doesn't have to, since Feegles are not cruel or evil and are very much comic relief, but if you call him short, he almost certainly will knock you flat and crow, "Who's short noo, ye scunner?" He can also move fast enough that ordinary folk can only see glimpses of a faint blue blur if they're looking hard enough. He does not have to move this quickly, but will do so when trying to keep out of sight.
Thirdly, Feegles can sense when someone is supernatural or inhuman. While they're not too bright, they simply know things. They're fae folk, and as such like to stay out of human sight and keep an eye on other types of fae. In particular, if your character is an intelligent witch, even a human witch, Rob Anybody is bound to have a great deal of respect and even a little fear where you're concerned. This is slightly odd, though, because how Feegles define a witch is different from "girl or woman who can do magical stuff." Anyone can do that. A "true hag" can work things out in her head and will do that before resorting to magic, possessing both the First Sight (seeing things for what they really are) and the Second Thoughts (basically self-awareness and the ability to think about how you're thinking). Heck, your character doesn't have to use magic at all for them to possess these qualities and have his respect. He'll also have a healthy fear for the evil and powerful.

Also, one more thing: the Feegles speak something akin to the Scots language. If you cannot understand what he is saying, chances are, neither should your character. It is not uncommon for them to have to be translated.
